Virginia Rep. Barbara Comstock, leading efforts to expose sexual misconduct on Capitol Hill, acknowledged Sunday that she’s bothered that President Trump and other Washington Republicans are backing GOP Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore amid sexual misconduct allegations and suggested that Moore, if elected this week, will face a congressional ethics investigation.
